We faced restrictions on Ukrainian job platforms due to our owner's use of Russian in public responses on DOU.

As a result, the company owner decided to focus on direct hiring — "without intermediaries" — to avoid situations where account access is restricted not for professional reasons or platform violations, but due to personal preferences.
